1. Who we are
Kaidoflow provides a social media scheduling service. You can reach us at support@kaidoflow.com.
2. What we collect
Account details (name, email address), content you create in the app (captions, media, schedules), and the access tokens needed to publish to the social accounts you connect. We also collect basic usage and error logs to keep the service working.
3. Connected social accounts
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, we receive an authorisation token from that platform. We never receive or store your social media passwords. Tokens are used only to publish and read the content you ask us to, and are deleted when you disconnect the account or delete your Kaidoflow account.
4. How we use your data
To publish your scheduled posts, show your content and history, provide support, take payment, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or use your content for advertising.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls so only you can see your content. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your posts and disconnects all linked accounts.
7. Changes
We will notify you by email before any material change to this policy takes effect.
