Terms of Service

1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us permission to store and publish it to the platforms you select, purely to deliver the service.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Kaidoflow for spam, harassment, illegal material, or anything that breaches the rules of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on APIs we do not control. Platform outages, policy changes or token expiry can delay or block a post. We are not affiliated with Meta, TikTok or YouTube.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans bill monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service running but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
7. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end the agreement if these terms are breached.
